Redbird Rookies is a recreational baseball and softball league sponsored by Cardinals Care. It is a free, noncompetitive program for youth ages 5-13. In addition to providing all the uniforms and equipment needed for each team, Redbird Rookies provides extensive off-field support in the areas of health, education, mentoring, cultural arts, and scholarship. 

To ensure a player's registration is valid, the following forms must be completed by a parent or guardian at least 18 years of age.
