The Redbird Rookies Affiliate Program is a free, non‑competitive recreational baseball and softball league sponsored by Cardinals Care for youth ages 5–13 in communities located more than fifty (50) miles from Busch Stadium. This model expands access to high‑quality programming while helping strengthen recreational leagues across Cardinals Nation.

As with the traditional Redbird Rookies program, affiliate leagues receive everything needed to operate each team—including uniforms and equipment—and have access to St. Louis Cardinals perks throughout the season. Additionally, affiliate leagues have the option to participate in both on‑field and off‑field events and programming opportunities hosted by Cardinals Care. 

To complete registration, a parent or guardian (age 18 or older) must submit all required information to ensure the player’s participation is valid.
